About Prizm P.M.
Prizm P.M. is property management software for people who own a few units and manage them themselves. It is built and operated by STS Automatic LLC.
Who we build for
Most property management software is priced and shaped for management companies running hundreds of doors. The landlord with two duplexes ends up with a spreadsheet, a payment app and a shoebox of receipts. That is who we build for: one to roughly twenty units, self-managed, with real money on the line and no back office.
What we believe
- Rent should collect itself. Chasing payments is the worst part of the job and the easiest to automate.
- Fees should be visible. Our fees are published, fixed, and shown to tenants before they confirm a payment. Landlords cannot alter them, and we do not add surprises at payout.
- Records are the product. The lease, the payment history, the maintenance ticket and its receipt are what protect you when something goes wrong.
- Tenants deserve a decent experience. A tenant who can see their balance, pay in two taps and get a receipt is a tenant who pays on time.
How we make money
Straightforwardly: a convenience fee on tenant payments, a payout fee on transfers to your bank, and a share of late fees we help you collect. The current amounts are listed in the app under Settings, and they are the same for every landlord.
The company
Prizm is intellectual property of STS Automatic LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card or bank credentials ourselves.
